Annual Reporting

Endorsed safe hand courier services must conduct annual self-reporting (coinciding with the corresponding month of endorsement).

The following must be provided:

• A transaction report listing all safe hand deliveries made during the reporting period
• An updated personnel security register (as at the date of reporting)
• Details of all security incidents that have occurred during the reporting period
• A completed annual reporting form (link)

A sample of transactions and personnel will then be selected for further checks. 

SCEC must be notified of any changes to:

• Security containers/cages
• Procedural documents
• TAPA FSR or ISO 9001 certification
• Single-user, tamper evident packaging
• Vehicular security technology
