Consultants and Locksmiths

SCEC courses are conducted for suitable applicants. These courses are conducted in Canberra by ASIO - T4 Protective Security.

Courses have minimum entry requirements and subject to minimum successful participants.


Please note that SCEC Endorsed Security Zone Consultants and SCEC Approved Locksmiths are not security cleared as part of the this scheme. Upon the engagement of a SCEC Endorsed Consultant or SCEC Approved Locksmith, it must be confirmed that they are appropriately cleared to work in/on the designated area and hardware/container(s) or alternatively appropriately escorted in line with the requirements of the PSM (Part E, Section 7).
